Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original tags back on the garments and secure them in their original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
